Binding Moratorium - Tropical Storm Isaias
Effective Wednesday, October 7th at 1:00 PM ET, London Underwriters has issued a binding moratorium for all new policies requiring windstorm and property coverage in the following counties: Baker, Bay, Calhoun, Columbia, Dixie, Escambia, Franklin, Gadsden, Gilchrist, Gulf, Hamilton, Holmes, Jackson, Jefferson, Lafayette, Leon, Liberty, Madison, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, Suwannee, Taylor, Walton, Wukulla, Washington.
The moratorium applies to both Commercial and Residential property lines of business requiring windstorm and/or property coverage, including but not limited to the following products: Commercial Property, Inland Marine, Cargo, and Yachts.
This binding moratorium applies to new business and expired renewals, as well as new additions and/or exposure or limit increases to existing policies. We will communicate any further updates regarding this binding moratorium via email.
